Position Responsibilities
Maintain electrical lighting, HVAC and generator systems.
Perform routine maintenance and work on minor building, painting and alteration projects.
Adjust, maintain and repair exterior and interior doors and locks.
Inspect and test fire protection systems.
Maintain plumbing fixtures and repair restroom facilities.
Install and reconfigure office workstations and repair furniture and woodwork.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
3 to 5 years of maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC or carpentry.
Commercial HVAC experience a strong plus.
Skilled in troubleshooting and completing projects in a timely manner.
Ability to lift and / or move up to 70 lbs.
A valid driver's license.
Occasional travel to Uline's Corporate office and / or Branch Sales offices.
