Patient Services Manager 2

Unit Description:

Sodexo is seeking a Patient Services Managerat Olathe Medical Center in Olathe, KS. The Patient Services Manager will direct and manage the day to day Patient Feeding operations and lead, mentor and develop a team of frontline staff at this hospital. This Food Service Manager will report to the General Manager and will join a team of additional operational leaders.

The successful candidatewill:

• lead the daily operations of patient room service dining program
• coordinate the departments safety programs
• ensure operating standards meet and exceed benchmarks
• manage, schedule and train frontline team and supervisors

• a background in patient food services
• an experienced management background
• a natural ability to lead and build teams and foster engagement
• demonstrated work experience in a healthcare or hospital environment

Qualifications & Requirements:

Basic Education Requirement -Associate's Degreeor equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
