Warehouse Shipping Receiving 3rd Shift

Our client, is a company that manufactures and sells sweet baked goods. Theyareseeking warehouse shipper/receivers 3rdshiftto join their team. As a Shipping & Receiving worker,you will be part of the Logistics department. The ideal candidate will have interpersonal skills, communication skillsand listening skillswhich will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Shipping Receiving

Location: Shirley, NY

Pay Range: $18.75-$19.25/hr.

Shift: 3rd Shift 11:00PM- 7:00 AM Monday-Friday

Whats the Job?

• Perform all warehouse duties such as picking, case handling, loading, and unloading of trailers, providing production with necessary materials, inventory management etc.
• Unload inbound shipments safely and move products to storage locations: efficiently stack and store the productin the appropriate area.
• Ensure proper stock rotation to minimize waste and participate in physical inventories.
• Provide supervision to the Walkie Drivers, including but limiting to organizing, setting priorities, scheduling and reviewing performance.

Whats Needed?

• Previous experience working within the manufacturing industry
• General warehouse experience (Shipping/receiving, picking, loading and unloading)
• Standing for long period of time
• Able to lift up to 40lb
• Effective attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
• Team Player
• Positive Attitude
