Position: Customer & Supplier Relations Specialist
Location: Fraziers Bottom WV
Up to $20 Per Hour!
What Youll Be Doing:

• Customer Champion: Service and support our existing customers and supplier accounts with flair!
• Problem Solver: Discover, handle, and resolve customer concerns and complaints to keep everyone happy.
• Relationship Builder: Develop and nurture relationships with both current and potential customers. Your networking skills will shine!
• Sales Strategist: Establish new accounts by planning and organizing your daily work schedule to connect with sales outlets and trade factors.
• Presentation Pro: Prepare engaging presentations, proposals, and sales contracts that close deals and win hearts.
• Meeting Maven: Attend meetings with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Training Enthusiast: Participate in customer-led training to stay ahead of the curve.
• Prototype Specialist: Receive and manage prototype orders with care and attention to detail.
• Innovative Advisor: Share fresh ideas and valuable information with customers to drive their success.
• Reporting Guru: Keep management in the loop with daily, weekly, and monthly reports on your activities and results.
• Project Manager: Lead new projects when appointed and ensure successful execution.
• Data Dynamo: Check and manage customer order data and coordinate with NATC departments.
• Internal Collaborator: Communicate and cooperate internally with other NATC departments for seamless operations.
• Scheduling Expert: Create and manage internal production and component parts ordering schedules based on customer orders and forecasts.
• Sage100 Specialist: Input necessary data into Sage100 with precision.
• Aftermarket Advocate: Maintain and promote our aftermarket business and data.
• Travel Ready: Embrace some business travel (15%-30%) to meet clients and explore new opportunities.
• And More: Take on additional duties as needed and make an impact!
