Our client in Rice Lake, is seeking a Store Managerto join their team. As a Store Manager, you will leading people and the day to day operations of the store. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of previous retail management experience, along with strong office and customer service skillswhich will align successfully in the organization.

Whats the Job?

Manage a broad range of store activities
Oversee staff and assign job duties
Prepare paperwork in established timeframes
Lead recruitment and selection process
Train, mentor and develop team members

Whats Needed?

Minimum 3-5 Years of retail leadership experience
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Experience with Microsoft Office suite
People management and customer service skills
Strong decision making and problem solving skills
