Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Newark, DE
Pay Rate: $20-$34/hr based on years of experience
Shift:Monday - Thursday 7AM - 5:30PM, mandatory OT on Fridays

We're seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician to maintain and enhance our manufacturing equipment. This role reports to the equipment maintenance supervisor and is fully on-site in Newark, DE.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair analog and electronic equipment in SOFC manufacturing
• Perform machine installations and modifications
• Execute and track preventative maintenance activities
• Report equipment issues and suggest improvements
• Ensure compliance with Lock-Out-Tag-Out (LOTO) procedures

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged standing and repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Manual dexterity and excellent hand-eye coordination
• Compliance with PPE is required

Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required, technical certification preferred
• 3+ years in manufacturing environment preferred
• Proficiency with small hand tools and PC based testing equipment
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
