Customer Service Representative

Our client, an independent specialty pharmacy, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, organization, and time management skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Pay Range: $18-22/hour

Whats the Job?

• Primary resource for inbound telephone calls to minimize workflow interruptions due to non-clinical related customer inquiries such a general prescription status or financial information
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule medication delivery and payment so that accurate information is included in customer profile
• Directly respond to customer inquiries when appropriate or route calls to appropriate staff to ensure prompt resolution
• Use management information system to answer customer questions regarding refill needs, confirm status of shipment, verify insurance information, and provide copies of invoices upon request
• Identify and report adverse events and product complaints to clinicians to ensure patient safety

Whats Needed?

• 1+ year of previous call center experience required
• Must have familiarity with medical terminology and insurance terminology
• Pharmacy experience is a preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to maintain and excellent attendance record
