Overview:

We are looking for an AIM Registered Nurse Educator to join our team and report directly to the AVP of Onboarding and Orientation. The AIM Registered Nurse (RN) Educator will deliver curriculum and programs to ensure Advanced Illness Management (AIM) RNs have the skills, knowledge, and resources to perform their job duties. In addition, the AIM RN Educator will evaluate curriculum and programs to align with the divisions strategy and to continue to improve the onboarding experience.

About You:

• Registered Nurse
• Unencumbered RN license in work state(s) assigned
• Two (2) years in a clinical setting, with knowledge in RN workflow/documentation and electronic health record processes, preferred.
• Current CPR certification
• Professional certification such as Certified Nurse Educator, Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse (CHPN), Certified Nurse Specialist, preferred
• Strong public speaking skills
