We are currently seeking a highly-motivated Action Line Sales Leader with an outgoing personality who is eager to lead and support your fellow team members.

Responsibilities:

• Partners with sales management staff and senior sales leadership as well as contracted vendors in integrating all sales philosophies, strategies and techniques into the sales process.
• Lead in the practice of mentoring and training sales team members to improve their overall sales performance including but not limited to: one on one counseling, classroom modules, ride-along, role playing and providing study materials that include written, video, and audio tools.
• Manage the sales line through basic management processes including leadership tasking, floor governance, and one-on-one mentorship and counseling.
• Build a very successful sales work force and a positive workplace through daily management tasking and strong sales floor processes. This includes continual training of groups and individuals.
• Planning and facilitation of morning meetings for Sales Executive's, Sales Leaders, and managers.
• Improving business results, the customer experience, efficiencies, and growing cash down payment at the point of sale, etc.
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by Management based upon business needs.

Qualifications

What are we looking for?

At the core of our companys success are our Team Members. To fulfill this role optimally, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

• 2 years of experience in supervisory position within sales.
• Valid CA Real Estate License.
• 3+ years leading sales teams in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc).
• High school diploma or GED.

It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• 2 years with experience in the Timeshare Industry
• Degree in closely relates to field of position.
