Salary: $23.53 per hour / $47,412 annually commensurate to P&C licensed/1-year applicable Sales experience

As a Sales Representative, you will build rapport with inbound callersto Insure businesses across the country, with a variety of product options at your disposal. Our Sales Representatives use compassion and persuasion skills to uncover customer needs, guide customers through relevant coverage options while preparing quotes, and convert quotes to policies. Youll provide outstanding service and salesmanship to show customers the value that comes with being a GEICO policyholder.

Qualifications & Skills:

-Desire to learn and leverageknowledge to develop your skills

-Previous Sales Experience is required
-Strong multi-tasking skills

-Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing
-Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
-Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent, college degree or currently pursuing preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

Active P&C Producer License
