Exciting opportunity for a strong analytical, critical thinking team player to join the accounting team as an Accounting Supervisor on-site in Vernon, CA, permanent hire, full-time, for one of our clients with Jefferson Wells. The role is a crucial member of the division leadership team and will be expected to lead the finance team to excellence. Must have experience in Manufacturing having completed all responsibilities include, all accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, fixed assets, tax, financial and compliance reporting, monthly balancing, inventory management, and recording and timely reporting of accounting records/transactions. The successful candidate will take a lead role in the optimization phase of our newly implemented Microsoft Dynamics (D365) ERP. The position will oversee product costing, forecasting, and the annual budget. The Accounting Supervisor is expected to grow, develop, and prepare the Finance teammates for future opportunities. This is a Forward-thinking company where truly the sky is the limit lots of room to move around (laterally, vertically etc.). Multiple locations across the globe with a wide open and supportive executive leadership team.

Requirements

• Must have Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
• CPA and/or MBA preferred
• Minimum 4 years accounting/finance experience at a senior level with leadership responsibilities.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics (D365) ERP is a must have.
• Excellent communication, research, problem solving, and time management skills.
• Ability and desire to lead, build and coach a fantastic accounting team of 10+.
• On-site daily in Vernon, CA. Willing to relocate for future leadership opportunities.
