Admissions Advisor

Overview:

The purpose of the Admission Advisor is to lead the way for EIMs hybrid education mission by exceeding our partner school's support expectations for program enrollment during the inaugural cohort. The Admission Advisor will provide excellent service to our future students and meet all recruitment benchmarks for maximum cohort enrollment. Under general supervision, the Admission Advisor will determine student applicant's admissibility to the university, will evaluate transcripts and advise potential students on admission requirement, options, transfers, and related issues. The Advisor is the prospective students first personal interaction with the university and the online program. The Advisor will work with a pipeline of prospective students from the initial inquiry to conversion (application) and handoff of the University. Additionally, the Admission Advisor will participate and present ongoing progress to internal and external stakeholders and be responsible for reporting and analytics to support best practices. The Advisor who will speak for and represent our top-ranked US University Partners by offering consultation and counseling to prospective students and inspiring them to achieve their dreams of a Physical Therapy-based career.

Responsibilities:

This is an in office position based in San Antonio, TX

Functions of an Enrollment Advisor:

• Engage with potential applicants about University Partner programs, costs, and career services.
• Collaborate with EIM's University Partners
• Determines eligibility,transferability of credit.
• Maintains communication via telephone, correspondence, and/or electronic mail with prospective students through all stages of the recruitment and admission process.
• Create, track and manage pipeline of candidates/students for current and upcoming cohorts.

Qualifications:

Qualifications For an Admission Advisor:

• College degree required
• Preferred 1-3 years experience working in a customer service-oriented environment or university setting.
