Requirements:
- KY License
- 2 years' experience
- Norton work history Docusign Required
- Must be able read strips
- BLS
- ACLS
- NIH
- Ratios 1:3-4, rotating. If you discharge your 4th patient, then another nurse would get a 4th if an admit came in. 1:5 worst case scenario, this does not happen often
- Common medications given: no cardiac infusions,
- EMR EPIC
- Floating Tele, as well as potentially to overflow areas such as PACU and ER hold. Will take hold patients only
- Common diagnosis / Types of patients CVA, back surgeries, brain tumors, MedSurg/Tele overflow, CHF

Pay rate is estimated based on weekly gross income.
