Travel Nurse (RN) Tele/Stepdown (Telemetry/PCU)

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - PCU

Shift:Nights / 7p-7a (12x3) 36 hours per week, EOW

Length:13 weeks

Requirements:

• TN RN License
• 2years experience
• BLS
• ACLS
• Must have Critical thinking skills, EKG rhythm interpretation, cardiac drip, insulin drip and heparin drip experience
• Experience with bipaps, high flow 02 and multiple oxygen delivery systems skills needed
• Experience with stroke and post cardiac cath careskills needed
• Experience with tube feedings and NG/dobhoff tubesskills needed
• Peritoneal dialysis experience preferred and peripheral iv skills

Other Details:

• Documentation system: Meditech
• May have to float in between PCU units or float to med-surg floors
• Patient Ratios :1:5 to 1:6
• Number of Beds : 630 has 34 beds/ 633 has 25
• Type of equipment : bipaps, high flow o2, vapotherm, alaris pumps, cardiac drips, heparin drips, insulin drips, peritoneal dialysis. Wound vacs in conjunction with wound care

Pay rate is estimated based on weekly gross income.

Weekly gross pay based on qualifications and experience. Rate applies to travel positions only (50+ miles from permanent address).

Estimated Weekly Rate: $1845 per week
