VA license
2 years experience
BLS
ONS
ACLS preferred
Must have Epic experience

Clinical review and auto offerThe Inpatient Oncology unit located on 3 South, is a 28 bed adult acute care hematology/oncology unit as well as a 15-bed intermediate care (IMU) Stem Cell Transplant Unit (SCTU). The nurse to patient ratio for 3 South is 1:4.DaysCan offer 36 or 48 hours9/3 or 9/16 start13 weeksEvery other weekend, every other holidayCan approve 40 hours max for time offONS required, please attach cert with submittalCan submit with second half of cert pendingBLS, ACLS preferred not requiredMust adhere to float policyCan submit with VA license pendingMust have Epic experience
