As an Experienced Real Estate Agent, your primary goal will be to help your clients find their dream home or successfully sell their existing home. Responsibilities You'll Have

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the local real estate market, including current and upcoming listings, sales trends, and pricing
• Advertise and market homes for sale using various online and offline tools
• Show homes to prospective buyers and negotiate the best price and terms for each transaction
• Follow up with clients after each transaction to ensure their satisfaction
• Establish and maintain a network of contacts, such as lenders, home inspectors, and contractors
• Respond to inquiries from potential buyers and sellers in a timely and professional manner
