Who You'll Work With
You will be working with an experienced team of real estate professionals, including brokers, appraisers and other agents. You'll have the chance to learn from and work with experienced agents to help you grow in the field. You will also be working with clients who are looking to buy or sell properties in your area.

You will be impacting the lives of potential home buyers and sellers. You will be responsible for helping them to make informed decisions about the buying and selling process. You will be helping them to navigate through the complex process of making a real estate transaction. You will be their trusted advisor, helping them to make decisions that will benefit them and their families for years to come.

Your goals will include providing exceptional customer service to your clients, helping clients to market and sell their properties, and locating properties that meet the needs and expectations of buyers. You will also be striving to build a strong network of contacts that you can rely on to help you in your real estate career.

Responsibilities You'll Have

• Network with other real estate professionals to increase awareness of properties and close transactions
• Help clients price their property well and make it marketable
• Research your real estate market and understand the trends of home values in your area
• Consult with clients and answer their questions and concerns before, during and after a real estate transaction
• Mediate communications and negotiations between the home seller and purchaser
• Actively devise marketing strategies to ensure a prompt home sale

How You'll Know if You're Not Cut Out for Real Estate
If you don't have the patience or willingness to work with clients and negotiate on their behalf, then this may not be the job for you. If you don't like being able to set your own schedule and take on independent projects, then real estate may not be the best fit.
