$112,400.00 - $120,012.42
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.

The Security Solution Channel Manager will focus on expanding our existing partner ecosystem and recruiting new partners to drive growth and enhance our market presence.
What You Will Be Doing
- Develop and implement account plans to achieve security solution growth targets and identify opportunities for strategic initiatives.
- Strengthen relationships with existing partners, recruit new ones, and conduct performance reviews to drive improvements.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop compelling presentations and proposals.
- Provide training and support to partners for selling and deploying security solutions and collaborate on joint marketing initiatives.
- Track key performance indicators, prepare regular reports for senior management, and maintain accurate records using CRM tools.
What We Are Looking For
- 4-year degree and 5-7 years of IT Sales experience; or equivalent work experience
- Self-Driven individuals with superior verbal and written communication skills
- Proven track record of strong customer service and work ethic
- Creative and impressive problem-solving skills
- Business planning skills
- Willing to learn
- Background in security sales is a nice to have
